LNG Gasification Station

Working Principle

The cryogenic LNG tank truck transports LNG to the designated station area, and the pressure of the LNG tank truck is raised to about 0.2Mpa higher than the storage tank through the unloading booster skid, and the LNG is filled into the LNG storage tank using the pressure difference. The LNG in the storage tank is heated by vaporization to reach the use temperature, and is adjusted to the required pressure by the pressure regulating skid, and then transported to the downstream pipeline network after metering and odorization. When the pressure in the storage tank decreases, the tank booster skid can vaporize the liquid LNG into low-temperature gas and return it to the storage tank, keeping the pressure in the storage tank stable and ensuring continuous and stable gas supply; at the same time, the daily evaporation gas BOG of the storage tank and the gas EAG discharged from the safety valve in the system are safely treated after being heated by the heating skid.

3 The whole system has passed the explosion-proof test and is safe and reliable to use;

4 It is equipped with anti-static grounding and lightning protection grounding. The pressure, temperature, liquid level, flow and voltage signals are linked with the monitoring system and can be monitored remotely without the need for on-site personnel to be on duty;

5 The overall equipment is highly mobile and can be used multiple times and in multiple locations;
