CNG tank trucks transport compressed natural gas to CNG pressure reducing gas supply stations, and through processes such as gas unloading, filtration, cutting, heat exchange (primary or secondary), pressure regulation (secondary or tertiary), metering, and odorization, natural gas that meets the operating pressure requirements is obtained and delivered to end users
Working Principle
The CNG pressure reducing skid adopts a dual inlet configuration, one open and one standby. Each route is independent of each other and can work simultaneously when necessary. Each route has two-stage pressure reduction and two-stage heat exchange, and the two-stage pressure reduction ensures reasonable and stable distribution, the two-stage heat exchange ensures that the temperature of compressed natural gas is around 5°C during the pressure reduction process. The equipment inlet pressure is 20MPa, the first-stage outlet pressure is 0.8-1.6Mpa, and the second-stage outlet pressure is 0.1-0.4Mpa. Since the working pressure of the CNG pressure reducing skid is high and the pressure variation range is large, the equipment and pipeline layout in the skid are strictly required; the performance requirements of the pressure reducing device, metering device and various valves are high to ensure the safety of the system.
